Happy Friday everyone today I'm putting a couple of items I've tried this week in the mix. From top to toe so sorting out the hair & feet. I had a sample from a magazine of the new L'oreal EverRiche shampoo, gave it a go and thought it was nice so decided to order the shampoo and conditioner in the range. I couldn't find it in my local Boots as its quite small so I ordered them from feelunique.com instead, the shampoo and conditioner cost £5.10 each. The shampoo contains no sulphates well I have no idea what sulphates are but I googled it and they are cleaning agents, and in some cases could be harmful or not to good for the hair. The shampoo and conditioner are enriched with botanical oils, camelina and apricot seeds, it does say it's good for very dry rebellious hair. If I tell you about my hair, it's just below shoulder length and has been blonde, brown, and is now a dark red, I try my best to look after it but you can imagine after multi dyeing it how dry it is. I found the shampoo and conditioner to smell lovely and lathered nice and did make my hair a little softer I'm never going to end up with hair like silk but it did do a good job, and with the reasonable price I would give it a go. I've also noticed that L'oreal Ever Riche have intensive masks as well, haven't tried those but I might in the future.
The next product I've tried this week is the BurtsBees Coconut Foot Cream this is available from boots.com and costs £11.99, now I'm a bit biased with this as I LOVE coconut in everything from sun cream to moisturiser to Bountys bit random I know but basically you may have guessed I love coconut.
You don't even have to open the tube and you can smell the Coconut, I assumed the cream would be white but its yellow as my swatch shows, There is Lanolin and Glycerin in this product to basically sort your feet out. My feet are sooooooo dry and I do suffer from quite hard skin to, which is really not nice so I've caked my feet in these for over a week now and worn socks to bed to help the cream absorb, and. The cream has really helped my feet and made them much much softer. The cream soaks in nicely and does really make them softer. So if you suffer from dry skin or tired feet this is the way to go. Even if your feet are in good condition then just using this to keep them that way is a good thing.
Have you tried either of these products?
