I embarked on a bit of a fitness mission in February because I had started Slimmingworld and lost weight and then I thought I would do it on my own and it didn't work out like that, and I've ended up putting weight back on grrrrrr.
I do try to eat healthy but then junk calls me and I can't stop eating it::: chocolate and biscuits are my down fall it wouldn't be so bad if I did it in moderation but once I start I can't stop:::: and it's not good.
So the only good thing I'm doing in relation to health is the gym and I'm really liking it but I'm not sure how good it's going to do with me if my eating is crap, excuse the term...
I'm sure people can relate to this it's hard combining healthy eating and exercise, I normally do one and can't do the both together. But I really need to or I'm going to end up in Fat Camp America and I don't want that for me.
Isint down heartening when you have tried all diet plans etc and still struggle maybe I just need a wire for my jaw.
